Full-Proof Meatball Recipe

I’ve experimented with various types of meatball recipes none of which lived up to this recipe. The following straightforward, super simple recipe consistently gives me deliciously tender meatballs every single time. Test it out and tell me what you think.
- 1lb of ground beef
- 1lb of ground pork
- 1lb of ground veal
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 cups of Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbs of chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, using your hands, mix together the beef, pork, and veal. Add the breadcrumbs to the ground meat and once again use your hands to mix in the breadcrumbs until they are evenly distributed.
In a medium-sized glass bowl beat together the eggs. Add the cheese and the salt to the eggs. Beat the ingredients to combine. Add the parsley and mix well.
Add the egg mixture to the ground meat. Using your hands combine all of the ingredients.
Scoop mixture from the bowl and form a 2-inch meatball, place the meatball on the parchment paper-lined pan.
Bake meatball in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the middle is no longer pink in the middle.
